I ensure projects are well-organised, deadlines are met, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the process. My focus is on creating a collaborative environment where every team member contributes effectively.

Public-sector & ppp expertise

I have a deep understanding of public-sector systems and PPP frameworks, with experience supporting sustainable infrastructure and operational improvements. My work includes managing contractors, ensuring compliance, overseeing day-to-day operations, and serving as the focal point between government entities and private partners.

Cross-cultural communication & community engagement

Connecting with diverse groups, building trust, and working directly with communities are core aspects of my approach. I have a proven ability to foster strong relationships with people from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring that projects are inclusive, responsive to community needs, and sustainable in the long term.

Dili municipality solid waste management ppp project

A key example of my skills in action is my work with the Dili Municipality Solid Waste Management PPP Project. I managed the project contract, coordinated daily operations between Government and the contractor, and ensured alignment with service standards. This role strengthened my ability to manage complex public-sector projects and maintain strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
