I am committed to projects that strengthen public-sector systems and deliver sustainable development. My experience spans PPP implementation, solid waste management, community engagement, and leadership programmes across Timor-Leste, Southeast Asia, and Ireland.
I’m drawn to work where I can apply project-management discipline, cross-cultural understanding, and a service-centred mindset to help organisations solve complex challenges and create real impact for communities.

My leadership approach blends international experience with strong community awareness. Growing up and working in Timor-Leste shaped my perspective on resilience, public-service delivery, and people-centred development.
Now in Dublin, I combine that background with academic training at UCD and global leadership engagements across Southeast Asia and Europe. This gives me a culturally aware, practical, and empathetic approach to problem-solving — qualities that help me contribute something distinctive to Ireland’s leadership landscape.
